After getting picked up from the airport, the first thing they did was take us out to brekky (breakfast) on Manly Beach in Sydney. We ate at this little place called the Bluewater Cafe - it was delicious & I highly recommend it.
We walked along the beach a little bit & got some photos before heading in to have brekky. Afterwards, we walked through the towns over to the Sydney Harbour & hopped on the ferry. We were fortunate enough to make it to the front of the ferry so we had the most incredible view of the water, Opera House & bridge.
We were running out of time so we jumped off & then right back on to make it back to the other side of the harbour in order to make it back to Attunga for dinner - it's about a 2 hour drive from Sydney to the camp.
Although it was still winter when we arrived, the weather was warm & beautiful in the city - at Attunga was another story though - but more on that later.
Jordan, Tish, Haydee, & Vicki on Manly Beach
Tish, Jordan, Me, & Haydee
Haydee & Chris
This is Haydee. Ironically enough, when we first met we did not think we were going to get along at all. She thought I was going to be a grumpy grandma, & I though she was going to be high maintenance - but God taught us a lesson through our judgements because we grew so incredibly close that she is like a sister to me now. Touché, God.
Haydee - one big bag of crazies

Well that's all for this week.
Come back & check out my next Attunga post on the campsite & our little cottage (:
